Garbage announce Strange Little Birds album

Garbage, one of the greatest bands of the 90s alt-pop scene, have a new album on the way (due June 10). Shirley Manson and her fellow mates first teased their sixth LP in early February, and now there are some more details on the project. They are releasing it via their own label, STUNVOLUME, it will have eleven tracks and it will bring Garbage back to their 1995 debut LP sound.

Garbage announce new album

It's been four years since Garbage released their last album Not Your Kind Of People, it is about time for the stylish band that has only released five albums to-date to come back. "We just delivered our 6th record. Eat your hearts out haters. Just you wait lovers".

Έχουν περάσει τέσσερα χρόνια από την κυκλοφορία του τελευταίου τους album Not Your Kind Of People, και νομίζω πως έφτασε επιτέλους η ώρα για τη στυλάτη μπάντα, που έχει κυκλοφορήσει μόνο πέντε album σε ολόκληρη την καριέρα της, να επιστρέψει. "Μόλις τελειώσαμε το έκτο album μας".

My Antibullying playlist

Bullying is an aggressive behaviour that involves threats, rumours, physical or verbal attack, the scars of which can last into adulthood. Hard days, require strong songs to help you cope and eventually grow stronger. It gets better after all. Those are some great empowerment songs that helped children of my age get through it. Songs that have a special place in my heart and still can move me, after all these years.

Bullying, ή αλλιώς εκφοβισμός/τραμπουκισμός, είναι μία συμπεριφορά που περιλαμβάνει απειλές, διάδοση φημών, σωματική ή λεκτική βία, τα τραύματα της οποίας μπορεί να ακολουθούν τα θύματά της ακόμη και μετά την ενηλικίωσή τους. Στις δύσκολες μέρες όμως, το μόνο που μένει για να αντλήσουμε δύναμη και να αντιμετωπίσουμε τις δυσκολίες είναι η μουσική. Αυτά είναι μερικά τραγούδια τα οποία βοήθησαν τα παιδιά της γενιάς μου, τα οποία ακόμη και τώρα καταλαμβάνουν μία ξεχωριστή θέση στην καρδιά μου. Όλα περνούν με τα χρόνια.
