Sam Smith announces new album "Gloria"

Grammy and Oscar winner Sam Smith has announced their fourth studio album, Gloria, out January 27, 2023. Made with longtime collaborators Jimmy Napes, Stargate and Ilya, the album is described as an emotional, sexual and spiritual liberation.

Big day for us all, the Sam Smith fans! The British crooner revealed the artwork and tracklist of his sophomore LP,  The Thrill Of It All, (November 3). Smith also shared a new song, "Pray", which credits include Timbaland and Jimmy Napes.

Sam Smith wins Best Original Song Oscar

Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes, the songwriters behind the Spectre theme song "Writing's On The Wall" who picked up a Golden Globe last month, repeated their victory at the Academy Awards last night. The Amy Winehouse documentary Amy won the Documentary Feature and Ennio Morricone earned the Original Score for The Hateful Eight.

Sam Smith is re-releasing debut LP In The Lonely Hour on November 6. The Drowning Shadows Edition has only a couple of new tunes — a cover of Amy Winehouse’s "Love Is A Losing Game" and the title track produced by Jimmy Napes and Steve Fitzmaurice. Listen to it below.
